1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the reservation, hire, and usage of private chauffeur-driven vehicles provided by Car With Driver across Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and pan-India outstation tour circuits. By booking a ride through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking Confirmation & Vehicle Allocation

Every ride request is confirmed with an official Booking Reference ID. Chauffeur details including driver name, verified phone number, and vehicle registration plate will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp 2 to 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time (or the previous evening for early morning departures). While we strive to allocate the exact car model requested, in exceptional mechanical emergencies, an equivalent or upgraded category vehicle will be deployed at no extra cost.

3. Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions

To maintain absolute transparency, our pricing structure follows clear guidelines:

  • What is Included: Dedicated air-conditioned vehicle, fuel charges, professional commercial chauffeur allowance, and agreed package kilometers.
  • What is Excluded (Payable as Actuals): State border entry permits/taxes, national highway toll taxes, commercial airport parking tickets, and monument entry tickets.
  • Night Driver Allowance: A standard night charge applies if the driver operates between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM.
  • Extra Kilometers & Extra Hours: Kilometers and hours beyond the booked package will be charged at the vehicle-specific per-km and per-hour rates quoted in your booking summary.

4. Luggage Policy & Seating Capacity

For traveler safety and compliance with Regional Transport Authority (RTA) regulations, vehicles must not exceed authorized passenger capacity:

  • Sedan (Dzire / Etios): Up to 4 passengers + 2 large trolley bags + 2 hand bags.
  • Ertiga / XL6: Up to 6 passengers with light luggage (or 4 passengers with 4 suitcases).
  • Innova Crysta: 6 to 7 passengers + 4 to 5 large suitcases.
  • Tempo Traveller (12/16/20 Seater): Generous dedicated rear luggage boot for group baggage.
Passenger Code of Conduct & Safety Compliance Smoking, tobacco chewing, and the consumption of alcohol or illicit substances inside vehicles are strictly prohibited by law. Chauffeurs are instructed to maintain safe cruising speeds and obey traffic rules; passengers must not compel drivers to violate speed limits or traffic regulations.

5. Delays, Weather & Force Majeure

Car With Driver will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely pickups and smooth travel. However, we cannot be held liable for unavoidable delays caused by severe weather (fog, heavy rainfall, snowstorms), sudden highway roadblocks, VIP route closures, or unexpected traffic gridlocks. In the rare event of a mechanical breakdown, our 24x7 control room will arrange a replacement vehicle as swiftly as possible.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any legal claim, dispute, or difference arising under or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.

1. Cancellation & Refund Overview

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly due to flight reschedulings, emergency commitments, or weather changes. Car With Driver maintains one of the most customer-friendly cancellation and refund frameworks in the private chauffeur industry.

2. Cancellation Fee Schedule

Refund eligibility depends on when notice of cancellation is communicated to our booking desk prior to scheduled pickup:

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your cancellation request is verified and approved by our accounts desk:

  • Mode of Refund: The refund is credited directly to the original mode of payment (UPI ID, Net Banking account, Debit Card, or Credit Card).
  • Processing Duration: All refunds are initiated within 24 to 48 business hours and normally reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working bank business days depending on your issuing bank.
  • Instant Credit Option: You can also choose a 100% credit value voucher with no expiry date for any future ride with Car With Driver across India.
Flight Delay & Rescheduling Guarantee If your flight or train is delayed, we do NOT charge any cancellation or penalty fee. Simply share your updated flight number with our dispatch desk on WhatsApp (+91 98107 23370), and your chauffeur will adjust reporting time accordingly.

4. Mid-Trip Curtailment / Early Returns

If you decide to shorten your multi-day road trip or return ahead of schedule due to unforeseen personal reasons, billing will be adjusted based on the actual kilometers traveled and vehicle days utilized up to that point, plus dead-mileage return charges if applicable.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel your reservation and initiate a refund, please provide your Booking Reference ID through any of our official channels:
